To create a PDF digital portfolio using Photoshop
assignment:
Create a new folder titled "your name_digital portfolio"
Place all of your finished artwork in that folder
Go to Photoshop>Automate>PDF Presentation
At the PDF Presentation window, go to Browse and find your Digital Portfolio folder
Hold down the Shift key and click on all the documents as you hold
Click Open
All your documents should appear in the window
Under Output Options in the PDF Presentation window, click on the button by the word Presentation
Under Presentation Options, either check or uncheck the Advance Every 5 Seconds box
Click on Save
Be sure you are saving into your folder
Save as your name_digital portfolio
Click Save
At the Save Adobe PDF window, select Adobe PDF Preset: Smallest File Size.
Under Options, check Optimize for Fast Web Preview and View PDF After Saving
Click on Save PDF
Your digital portfolio should be in your folder
Click on it to view it
Press the esc key to go back to your normal screen
