1. To list skills required for a job
2. To experience a simulated job interview
In this assignment, you will plan a job search strategy and experience a mock job interview.
Steps:
1. On a separate sheet of paper, write your name, block and a job title that you would be interested in having. Feel free to chose graphic designer or photographer.
2. List five skills you would need to obtain this job. These could be skills such as Photoshop for a designer or photographer or they can be employability skills such as dependability. You can find these skills by using the links in the Careers section on this blog. Look in the right-hand column.
3. List 4 questions you think you might be asked during a job interview for this position.
4. Give these questions to a partner who will act as an interviewer and role-play a job interview using the questions.
5. Write the name of the person you interviewed for the job.
