Smooth any rough edges with the Blur Tool

Now find a high resoultion image with a white background.
Cut out the white background
Smooth any rough edges
Place the new image in front of the backjgroumd and between the two figures
Resize and move where necessary
Save as Green Screen Photo_Your name.PSD into your documents folder.
Save as Green Screen Photo_Your name.JPG into your documents folder.
Email your JPEG file to topperselfie@gmail.com

cover design competition
Student Scholarship Opportunity: Design the Program Cover for the 2017 Institute for CTE Educators
High school students have the opportunity to participate in a competition to design the program cover for the 2017 Institute for CTE Educators. This design competition provides students with the chance to earn a scholarship to the Tennessee public postsecondary school of their choice. All design specifications and application requirements are listed in the 2017 Program Cover Design Application. Applicants can submit an online application form (here).
The applicant with the winning design will be awarded $1,000, while the runner-up and second runner-up will be awarded $500 and $250, respectively. The student must attend a public postsecondary institution in Tennessee in order to receive the award.
Completed applications must be submitted to Andrea.Thorsbakken@tn.gov by April 1. The winning design will be announced by May 1. Scholarship funds will be given directly to the postsecondary school designated by the winner upon enrollment.
