Go to your blog. The address of your blog shows in the top address bar.
You will click on Design, circled in red, upper right hand corner, but first look just to the right of Design and be sure you click Sign In if Sign In is not showing.
Now click on Design.

Click on Layout

Click on Add a Gadget in the Sidebar Right column.

Scroll down to Link List and click on the + sign

You will get the window below (slide 5).
Type in the Title (which could read "writing samples" and would be the menu item where somebody could look at all your writing samples)
Type in the New Site Name (which is really just the title of all the material you put in one post, such as "business writing").
You will paste in the link/address at New Site URL.......but you need to go back to the blog to get it.........so click on Save.

Go back to the post on the blog that you want to link to. In this case, it is "business writing samples".

When you click on the title of the post, "business writing samples", the address of the post appears in the URL address bar, shown in slide 7, below.
Highlight and copy this address.

Navigate back to the List Link window (see slides 4 and 5) and paste this address in the New Site URL box. Here's how to navigate back: Main blog page>Design>Layout>sidebar-right-1>the title of the gadget you've been working on>Edit>paste in the address you just copied in the New Site URL box.
Click on Add Link and then click Save.
