1. Use the paint bucket to color the background blue.
2. Make a new layer and place a custom shape on it. Use any color or shape.
3. Add a drop shadow. Go to Layer>Layer Style.
4. Make a new layer and add a new custom shape and color.
5. Add bevel and emboss. Layer>Layer Style.
6. Create two more layers, using different shapes and colors.
7. Apply outer glow and pattern overlay. 
8. Type your first and last name on one layer
9. Save the document as Your Name_custom shape and type tool quiz.
