The purpose of this activity is to use images and text creativity to communicate the meaning of a word. Simple illustrations are best.

3 words per week will be assigned. You can make 300 points each week (100 points for each word)

Use blank paper filled out and turned in like this example.


Invert:
put upside down or in the opposite position, order, or arrangement. 

Horizon:
The horizon line art theory is a horizontal line that runs across the paper or canvas to represent the viewer's eye level, or delineate where the sky meets the ground. 

Texture:
In the visual artstexture is the perceived surface quality of a work of art

Fall 2019 exam instructions


•Get your exam and begin when instructed to do so.
I will collect all exams near the end of exam time.

•If you need to access a computer for the exam, you will 
have 35 minutes access. You must then make your computer available to someone who has not had access to a computer. Students with verified accommodations may stay on computers for an extended time for the exam.

NOTE: You were instructed during exam review to notify me if you could not log on to a computer. 

•No phones visible during exam time until every exam is completed.

•When you have finished your exam, create a digital portfolio on Google Drive. Have at least 5 images in this portfolio. Here are the directions:

1. Create a new folder on your computer. Title it: Your first name and last name_Portfolio

Some people have already done this.

2. Save it on your computer in your documents folder.

3. Copy or place your "finished and best" artwork and photos into your Portfolio folder. You should have at least 5 pieces in this folder.

4. Copy this Portfolio folder into Google Drive. See links below if you do not know how to use Google Drive.
